🌌 Refund Policy

1. General Policy — Refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment, provided no course or consultation has begun.

2. Consultations — Refunds are granted only if the session has not yet been conducted.

3. Courses and Workshops —

   • Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before the start date.

   • 30 % administrative fee if canceled within 7 days.

   • No refund once the course has commenced; however, participation may be transferred to a later session.

4. Procedure — To request a refund, contact the Guild Administration with your full name, payment details, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
